Production guides
Technical Itineraries are complete guides that, in addition to the protection component of the culture, also address the various agronomic stages of crop production. Guides to Good Phytosanitary Practice only address the protection aspects of a crop.
The purpose of these documents is to give producers of fruits and vegetables in ACP countries the technical information necessary to best protect their crops from pests and diseases while respecting European standards in particular with regard to pesticide residues.
These documents are intended as comprehensive and complete as possible on the different control methods applicable against a pest or disease and therefore include all the methods which are necessary to apply a field before considering any use of Plant Protection Products.
