Management

The Component "Direction (technical), Monitoring and Management (administrative and financial)" of the programme takes charge of the day-to-day management and administration of human, financial and office resources in accordance with the procedures of the EDF (European Development Fund).

To this effect, the implementation of these procedures, and their routine application by the Internal Control System (ICS), is essential.

These responsibilities are assumed by the PIP Director, supported by the Financial and Administrative Director and his team, and the Policy-Strategy Adviser.
